Claire Angus is a User Experience and Content Design Consultant on the Faculty Development & Innovation team at the Center for Digital Innovation in Learning at ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã. She brings a multidisciplinary background that blends content design and user research skills with over ten years of experience building and growing innovation programs across non-profit and commercial contexts.Â
She supports the FD&I team in developing and managing processes, tools, and documentation that help to extend effective design practices within CDIL and across ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã.
Prior to arriving at ÍæÅ¼½ã½ã, Claire earned her Masters of Business Administration at Bayes Business School (City, University of London) and scaled a cross-functional innovation program at a large tech start-up in the UK. Earlier in her career, she developed digital and hybrid leadership development and training programs for an international non-profit. She has a B.A. in Communication from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
