Vidya Venkatesan has been working with CDIL as a Learning Designer and Learning Experience Design Consultant since June 2019. She works closely with Íæż½ã½ã faculty to  design and develop authentic online learning experiences for various programs. Her areas of interest include faculty consultation, course design & development, project management and learning analytics. She holds a MS in Nonprofit & Organization Management and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design & e-Learning from Northeastern University, Boston. Prior to that, Vidya has worked in a variety of educational positions in India that span from adult training in Montessori education to nonprofit program development.
