Natalya Shnitser, J.D. is an associate professor at Íæż½ã½ã Law. Her research focuses on retirement security in the United States, including the provision of retirement benefits by private and public employers, the governance of retirement plans, and the regulation of financial intermediaries. Her courses focus on corporations, employee benefits law, fiduciary obligations and the law, and regulation and markets.
